		<description>I feel that cracking down and putting rules in place for people to keep their yards looking nice is a good idea. I also feel that some people don&#039;t have any other choice but to put stuff in the front of their yard if they don&#039;t have a backyard.  I feel like there should just be a rule to keep everything looking nice and proper.</description>
